SHIPPING POLICY


Processing & Fulfillment
 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
 You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates (Bangladesh)
We charge a flat shipping fee depending on your location:
 Inside Chattogram: ৳60 (Delivery within 1–2 business days)
 OutsideChattogram: ৳120 (Delivery within 3–4 business days)


Note: Delivery  are estimates provided by our third-party courier services and may vary slightly during peak season drop windows or high-volume sales.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.
If you have not received your tracking number or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at [01636001667] with your order number.

Incorrect Address / Refused Deliveries
 Please double-check your shipping information carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Damages & Issues
We inspect every piece carefully before it leaves our facility.
